The P&E (Personnel & Establishment) Section handles transfers, postings, and establishment-related matters for officers and staff.
The Vigilance Section investigates complaints received from official sources and maintains vigilance records to ensure integrity and compliance.
The Sevottam Cell continuously evaluates internal processes, incorporates citizen feedback, and ensures effective implementation of the Citizen’s Charter to enhance service standards.
The BG (Bank Guarantee) Cell keeps accurate records of bank guarantees for regulatory compliance.
The MCD (Management & Control of Documents) Section manages and maintains all official documents and records.
The CIU (Customs Intelligence Unit) investigates cases related to import/export fraud, including misdeclaration, misclassification and undervaluation of goods where case has a vigilance aspect, and rest of the cases handled by concerned SIIB.
The Disposal Section manages the disposal of confiscated, unclaimed, or uncleared cargo, as well as expired bonded goods, in accordance with customs regulations.
The Preventive General Section manages administrative work related to preventive officers and superintendents.

The Bond Section manages the warehousing of imported goods under Chapter 9 of the Customs Act, 1962
The Transhipment Section approves and oversees the duty-free movement of goods under transhipment permits from the Air Cargo Complex to SEZs and foreign-bound vessels.
The RTI Section processes applications submitted by Indian citizens, forwards them to relevant departments, and provides responses as per the Right to Information (RTI) Act.
The Taxpayer Service Centre assists with queries and grievances via e-helpline and telephone support.
The Legal Section coordinates appeals, liaises with courts, appoints government counsel, and facilitates legal proceedings
